Law No. 20/017 of 25 November 2020 on telecommunications and information and communication technologies sets out the legal framework applicable to the protection of privacy and personal data in the Democratic Republic of Congo. MYDJEZE LOGISTICS COMPANY SARLU (hereinafter "MJZ SARLU") carries out the processing of personal data, covering the data of its clients, prospects, applicants and visitors.

For the purposes of this notice:

• Clients: any individual or legal entity benefiting from MJZ SARLU's logistics, transport or tax advisory services.
• Applicant: any individual who applies for a job or internship at MJZ SARLU.
• Visitor: any user of the company's official website.

This notice sets out the terms under which MJZ SARLU undertakes to fulfil its duty to inform and formalises the rights and obligations involved in processing personal data. Protecting your privacy is a priority, and we are committed to preserving it.
