These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the MYDJEZE LOGISTICS COMPANY SARLU ("MJZ SARLU") website, and of the information, quote request and contact services it offers. By accessing and/or using the site, the user acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms in full, and agrees to comply with them.

• User / Visitor: any person accessing the MJZ SARLU website.
• Client: any individual or legal entity benefiting from MJZ SARLU's logistics, transport, customs brokerage, tax advisory, security or public relations services.
• Website: the official MJZ SARLU website and all of its pages.
• Services: the logistics, national and international transport, customs brokerage, tax advisory, security and public relations services offered by MJZ SARLU.

Accessing and using the site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. MJZ SARLU may amend or update these Terms at any time; users are encouraged to check this page regularly. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site, and continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

MJZ SARLU grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the site strictly for personal or professional purposes related to information about MJZ SARLU's services.

• The user agrees not to copy, reproduce or distribute all or part of the site's content without MJZ SARLU's prior written authorisation.
• The user agrees not to breach or attempt to breach the security of the site.
• The user agrees not to submit, through the site's forms, any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory or contrary to public order.
• The user agrees not to transmit, through the site, any virus or other computer code intended to damage or disrupt the site or its systems.

When a user submits a request through a form on the site (quote request, contact, job application), they are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided. MJZ SARLU uses this information to process the request, in accordance with its Privacy Notice.

MJZ SARLU makes every effort to keep the site accessible 24/7, without however guaranteeing continuous availability or that it will be free of errors. Access to the site may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance operations, without MJZ SARLU's liability being engaged as a result.

The site, its structure, and all the elements that make it up (text, logos, images, photographs, trademarks) are the exclusive property of MJZ SARLU or its partners and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, without MJZ SARLU's prior written authorisation, is prohibited.

The site is provided "as is". MJZ SARLU does not guarantee that the site will be free of errors or will operate without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, MJZ SARLU's liability may only be engaged in the event of a proven breach of these Terms, and is limited to direct damages. MJZ SARLU cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use, or inability to use, the site.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lubumbashi, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be applied to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

MJZ SARLU cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure, including (non-exhaustively): natural disaster, fire, flood, war, embargo, a decision by a public authority, or failure of telecommunications networks.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between MJZ SARLU and the user regarding use of the site and supersede any prior agreement or communication on the same subject.
